What To Include
When you contact us, include your name, the phone number connected to your Tenant Cred request, the type of request, and any report, disclosure, recipient, property, or application reference you have.
Do not email bank usernames or passwords, full account or routing numbers, Social Security numbers, identity document images, full financial records, or other sensitive credentials. If we need to verify your identity or process a request, we will provide a safer request path.
Request Handling
For privacy, deletion, revocation, file disclosure, dispute, correction, or adverse-action support requests, Tenant Cred may need to verify your identity before responding.
Revoking access generally stops future collection, future refresh, or future recipient access where permitted. Revocation does not automatically delete records Tenant Cred is required or permitted to retain for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, audit, security, product-servicing, contractual, or historical disclosure-record purposes.
Tenant Cred does not make a property manager's, leasing agent's, credit partner's, underwriting partner's, or other recipient's final rental or credit decision. Where required, Tenant Cred supports report-copy, source, rights-summary, dispute, correction, and adverse-action support processes for information supplied through Tenant Cred.
Tenant Cred responds to requests as required by applicable law and approved operating procedures.
